We are hosting Concert MPA here at KWHS on Saturday, March 4th (other bands are traveling here to be evaluated). Please see the student info below as well. We also run a concession stand and feed about 200 students and whoever else wants a bite. We need help with this event either through donation of food items and/or volunteers. Hosting is a great opportunity for us to save everyone from riding a bus for 7+ hours and to even make a little money off of the event-otherwise we would be traveling to Miami with most of our students. Please see below for what we need and our student report/lunch times.
-Cases of water and other soft drinks (few soft drinks needed). Drop off at the band room by 4:00pm, March 3rd.
-Sweets individually wrapped in $1 amounts. Drop off at auditorium concession by 12:00pm, March 4th.

*Concert Band Music Performance Assessment: Saturday, March 4th.
Symphonic Band will perform at 1:00pm, arrive by 12:15pm for warm-up & concert attire.
Wind Ensemble will perform at 3:00pm, arrive by 2:15pm for warm-up, wear your concert attire to the school.
-Pizza for both KWHS groups will be at 2:15pm.
-Parents are always welcome to follow us into the Sight-Reading room (no video or photography in the SR room please).
